The Cologne based act CHEROKEE appeared on the scene with their 2015 “Ridin’ Free” demo tape, which was also released on 7'' vinyl. CHEROKEE aims for a bluesy, yet hard rocking sound which is influenced by bands such as Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, The Outlaws, ZZ Top, AC/DC, Winterhawk or Blue Öyster Cult. The band members are no newcomers and have previously been part of other acts such as Speedbreaker. Guitarist Simon Siantidis gained recognition for his guest appearance with legendary Ashbury at Keep it True festival.
Mixed, mastered and recorded at Sculpt Sound Studio by Laurent Teubl. Artwork and design by Heinz-Harald Frentzen.
